Return / Exchange Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply return your purchase in resalable condition (meaning new condition with no marks, tears or scratches on the original product, and with all original retail packaging literature, manuals) within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, and receive a full refund, minus all to and from shipping and handling charges (even if the shipping is free) and restocking fees if applicable. Please call for a return authorization number, which must be written on the return label or shipping box. Please include your order number or a copy of your receipt.

1. Total time is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, and the transit time from the carrier.

2. We don’t ship to PO Box.

3. If a product is out of stock indefinitely we will notify you and ask if you wish to hold your order or to cancel.

All shipping dates are estimated from information provided by the carrier and internal processing time.
